Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• Incorrect Products: We will allow returns and offer refunds if the item delivered is not what you ordered.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Damaged or Defective Products: We do not accept returns of damaged products that have been shipped out in good condition.  All products to be shipped are carefully inspected before shipment
• Opened or Used Products: We do not accept returns of products after they have been opened or used by the customer.
• Sales Products: We do not accept if the products were purchased on sale or during promotional periods.
• Incorrect Customer Information: We do not offer returns and refunds on orders with incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect address).
